Every engraving order starts with an eligible product sold by DB3D Printing. From there, you choose the artwork path that fits what you want.

Choose a DB3D Design
Browse our growing library of sayings and ready-to-engrave designs, choose a favorite, and pair it with a compatible DB3D product.
OPTION 2
Submit Your Own Artwork
Have your own image or design? Send it to us for an eligible DB3D product. Ownership or licensing documentation may be required before we can accept it.
CUSTOM DESIGN PRICING
Original Artwork Starts at $15
The listed product price includes an available DB3D design and simple personalization. If you need completely original artwork, the $15 custom design fee includes reviewing your request, brief follow-up communication, one initial proof, and one reasonable revision.
$15 to Begin
The custom design fee is paid before consultation or design work begins.
$10 Additional Revisions
One reasonable revision is included. Further revisions are $10 each.
$25 per Hour
Reserved for complex artwork, major changes, lengthy consultations, or substantial redesigns—with your approval before we continue.
The custom design fee becomes nonrefundable once consultation or design work begins. The remaining product balance is due after design approval and before engraving begins.

How It Works
1. Pick a Product
Choose an engravable product from the DB3D catalog.
2. Choose Artwork
Select a DB3D saying or design, or submit artwork of your own.
3. Personalize
Choose the personalization options available for that product and design.
4. Rights Check
For customer artwork, we verify any required rights documentation and confirm it can be used.
5. Review & Approve
When an order needs approval, we prepare the layout so the engraving is clear before production.
6. Engrave & Create
Once everything is ready, DB3D engraves or etches your finished piece.
ONE IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE
We Engrave Products We Sell.
The product and engraving are handled together as one DB3D order. We do not accept customer-owned tumblers, plaques, coasters, cutting boards, or other physical items for engraving.
You choose a DB3D product + your design choice. We handle the engraving from there.
IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR OWN ARTWORK
You Must Have the Right to Use It.
Customers who submit their own artwork are responsible for providing the files and documentation needed to show that the material may legally be reproduced. DB3D Printing may require proof of ownership, permission, licensing, or other authorization before accepting an order.
Finding or purchasing an image or STL online does not automatically give you reproduction rights. If the artwork contains a copyrighted or trademarked character, logo, brand, or other protected property, a designer’s “commercial use” permission is not enough unless that designer is authorized by the underlying rights holder or authorized licensor.
You must send DB3D Printing the files or documentation that establish your rights. DB3D Printing will not research ownership or licensing on your behalf and may decline a request when satisfactory proof cannot be provided.
